A limited collection of 15 riverside homes, shaped by the restored mill and its surrounding grounds.

The Mill
For the best part of a thousand years, a mill has stood on this weir — grinding on water that still orders the river today. Its story runs from a single line in the Domesday survey to the homes taking shape now.

A limited collection
Avon Mill brings together 12 residences within the restored mill and three separate homes set within the riverside grounds. The approach is one of careful restoration: original features retained, contemporary interventions kept quiet.
Each home is finished to a restrained, durable specification — calm detailing, materials chosen to age well rather than look new.
A thousand years on the water. Now, a place to live.

A valley with its own time
The weir gives the place its rhythm: water moving steadily below, the valley changing through the day.
The shared terrace sits above the weir with views along one of the quieter stretches of the River Avon. Footpaths follow the Avon both ways through the wider valley, with kingfishers, otters and quiet Sunday walkers along the way.
